Oepl possesses an inventory of more than 1300 dies for different profiles for vast manufacturing.

- Extrusion press 1460 MT capacity
- In house Hot Top casting foundry with oil, gas fired melting to produce maximum size billets with ceramic filtration technique.
- Alloys offered are as per Indian & International Standards
- Variety of profiles, subject to maximum dia of 200 mm with minimum wall thickness as low as 0.80mm.
- Dimensions tolerances as per relevant specifications.
- Well equipped tool room with CNC wire-cut EDM, milling machine to produce dies with high accuracy
- 10 meter long ageing furnace for heat treatment. Controlled Ageing at specific temperatures as per requirement.
- Customized packing (HDPE , Wooden Box or otherwise).
